Cancellation and Weather Refund Policy

While we all try to plan our best, sometimes unavoidable things can come up.
Here is a breakdown of our policies:

Cancellation

• 100% REFUND if cancellation is requested 60+ days prior to camp start date
• 80% REFUND if cancellation is requested 30+ days prior to camp start date
• 50% REFUND if cancellation is requested 14+ days prior to camp start date
• 100% CREDIT if cancellation is requested less than 14 days prior to camp start date
• 50% CREDIT if cancellation is requested less than 7 days prior to camp start date

Weather

• 100% CREDIT if the camp is cancelled due to weather. This credit will be active until the end of the next calendar year, after which, a refund of 80% will be sent by check to the customer.
• 50% REFUND if the camp is unable to operate more than 50% of advertised number of hours

Waitlist

• 100% refund if an opening does not become available
• 100% credit if an opening becomes available but you are no longer able to participate
